While every effort will be made to conduct the marathon as scheduled, the organizers are not responsible for events and circumstances beyond their control which may necessitate cancellation or postponement of the event. In case of such an eventuality, the organizers exercise the sole right regarding conduction of the event and intimation will be furnished at the earliest available opportunity.
